Phil Perry is the data controller and is responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice).

What data is collected

This website uses Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is a tool that provides web traffic stats to the website owner. The types of information collected include things like which pages are visited on our website. Generally this information is in a format that cannot be linked directly to you. For example Google Analytics will let us see how many visits a particular website page has, but we will not know who has visited this page. Information like this is gathered with the use of cookies, and we use it for things like improving the design of our website.

Our website has SSL security installed.

That's the green padlock you can see next to out web address. When you see this padlock you know you are browsing a secure website.

We don't collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data includes things like your race or ethnicity, religious or political opinions and information about your health.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract. For example your address.

You can ask for your data to be changed or deleted as you wish. This does not apply to data we must keep for legal reasons, for example to pay my taxes.
